Garnering Feedback on our Feedback Written feedback is a powerful force. The choices observers make prompt the readers of the feedback, the teachers, to deeply consider the feedback or discount it. After five years of implementation and study in an urban district, a High-Quality Innovation Configuration Map was co-developed by teachers and leaders. These desired outcomes created opportunities for observers to garner feedback on their feedback. The skills in this session apply in any evaluation system as well as in virtual and face-to-face environments.
