Brittni is an instructional technology specialist for Brenham ISD full-time, and she teaches English at Blinn College part-time. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in English from Sam Houston University. Also, she received a Master's Library Certificate from Sam Houston State University. She currently is working on her doctorate degree for Educational Technology in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Brittni has been a teacher at middle school, a librarian at the elementary campuses, a teacher for Sunday School, an online Educational Testing Services (ETS) rater and scoring leader, and a part-time adjunct professor. She currently serves as the instructional technology specialist for the high school campus, central office campus, and alternative campus; she holds a Google for Education Level 1, 2, & Trainer Certification. Brittni believes that technology alone cannot make a difference in our students, but the combination of a great teacher and the use of technology correctly CAN make all the difference. She is excited to always help students and staff merge technology tools into the curriculum.
