Dr. Terrilyn Gray Dogbe is an advocate for educational diversity and equity, a public speaker, a global educator, and Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL) Campus Coach. Currently, in her 19th year of service to the Texas and United Arab Emirates educational communities, Dr. Gray Dogbe has worked as both an English/Language Arts/Reading teacher and administrator. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Prairie View A&M University in 2001, a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration in 2008, and a Doctor of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2015 from Texas Wesleyan University. Dr. Gray Dogbe has worked at the Education Service Center Region 11 since 2019, first as an Instructional Content Coach, and currently as a Campus Coach working primarily with TIL and Next-Level Leadership stakeholders.

In her spare time, Dr. Gray Dogbe enjoys participating in impromptu sing-alongs and dance-offs with family and friends, reading and listening to multiple genres of literature and music, volunteering to serve her community by providing food, shelter, mentorship, and tutorial resources, both locally and globally; and spending quality time with the source of her constant joy and smile plastered on her face, her precocious 2-year-old daughter, Amari. Learn more about Terrilyn.
